BOCHT BY JELMERREUS is a chair made from 100% recycled waste linoleum. This linoleum is pressed into a new, self-developed sheet material that goes by the name Multylino.
Every chair features a unique color combination carefully selected from Forbo's waste stockpile, highlighting sustainable design. The natural flex in the backrest comes from linoleum's inherent flexibility, while the finish reflects its original purpose as a natural surface material, enhancing any furniture's aesthetics. Similar to desktop linoleum, the BOCHT Chair stands out for its elegance and durability, embodying both form and function in a stylish and eco-friendly design.
Multylino introduces a completely new concept by giving linoleum an entirely new function, showcasing the potential for unconventional materials in sustainable design.
