The BOCHT Chair is a chair that comes in all different color combinations chosen from the leftover stockpile furniture linoleum from Forbo, and is made from 14 layers of compressed furniture linoleum.
Inspired by the material itself, it is designed to be as material efficient as as possible to make the most use of the leftover materials. Even the sawdust from manufacturing the chair is collected and put into research for an upcoming project.
The natural flex in the backrest of the chair is created by the flexibility of the material itself. The finish of the chair is the same as what furniture linoleum was designed to be, a natural surface material that provides a finishing touch to all furniture designs. Desktop linoleum is characterized by its elegance and durability. And so is BOCHT.
